Please complete and submit the form below to sign up to DP LIVE & ONLINE provision for 5 weeks from Wednesday 13th January to Wednesday 10th February 2021. Please note that sign up and payment is required in advance and is non refundable or creditable. Sessions will be taught on ZOOM each week and by joining these sessions online, parents/dancers do so at your own risk and confirm they are fit and well enough to participate. Please note sessions may include the use of break out rooms and recording.

Older Senior Stylez Wednesdays 7 - 8pm
